SHARK TOOTH ORIGINAL VODKA

Shark Tooth Original Vodka was born from the very heart of Florida. Our farmers drill deep to find the pure spring water coursing through the massive aqueducts running under Florida. They then use that pure spring water to nourish the sweet corn crops that provide the base for our Original Shark Tooth Vodka.

When the corn is at its peak of sweetness, we dry and then grind that corn to 900 μm in size which is the perfect size to release the maximum sugars and sweet flavors. Once milled, we add three different types of yeast and more pure spring water, and then leave it to meld.

Our mash is cured and nurtured for hours as we turn the temperature up and down in a natural biorhythm that causes the ingredients to infuse perfectly. When the mash is ready, we introduce it to the still through a process called cuddling. The slow introduction of hot mash to the distilling unit.

Then we close the doors and gently, step by step, we turn up the heat to release the mash vapors. These vapors contain the very essence of the individual ingredients. Call them the amino acid of the Shark Tooth lineage
